Become a Volunteer
Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum is looking for people with the design and willingness to donate time in making our community’s children’s museum a success. As we draw closer and closer to the grand opening of the museum, we are looking to recruit as many volunteers as possible to serve in a wide variety of positions that will make the museum run smoothly and provide the best possible experience for each and every visitor to the museum. Throughout May we will be training volunteers, so sign up now!
To become a volunteer, simply go to www.1-800-volunteer.com and sign up. You will be asked for your standard contact information, but you will also be able to identify your specific skills and availability for volunteer activities. As the need for volunteers comes up, MMCM will be able to look at the database based on the activity needs and find just the right volunteer. It's free to sign up. You may also still email us at volunteer@midmicm.org, or print and complete the application form and mail it to us at P.O. Box 2283, Saginaw, Michigan, 48605.
It is our policy that all volunteers complete a background check form before volunteering with us. Please complete this form and mail it to us as well, or you may provide the information needed via e-mail at volunteer@midmicm.org.
